  I purchased an Eheim classic 250 water filter. It was defective. When I requested a replacement the clerk told me that I needed to warranty it myself. I insisted that if the product was sold to me in this way they should do the warranty on their end and just provide me with a replacement filter. He gave me the run around but finally agreed to give me store credit. Supposedly he would order a new one and it would be ready in a week. When I returned a week later I simply picked up the box and left because I figured if they had wronged me I would just take the hit and move on. Well they did wrong me because they put a cleaned out old pump head on it and called it a day. I will not be returning to this corrupt establishment and will not recommend it to anyone. Shop somewhere else.

  Friendly guys with lots of knowledge. They have a huge variety of well looked-after livestock and really healthy plants. Skip Petco/Petsmart and buy local from some people who are actually invested and knowledgeable in the hobby.
