  Terry was very helpful. I was looking for emergency supplies for a lost bird that I found on my patio that I was taking care of for a little bit. Because this was an emergency, I came in right before closing and didn’t know what kinds of supplies and food I needed. He walked me through the list of basics I needed, offered different types of products I may need at several price points, and walked me through the care steps.

  Not warm welcome at all. Cold speaking with customers. All employees seem very lazy & isolate. Bad customer services and UNPROFESSIONAL.

  Soo Freaking stifolling, musty, no air flow, I ended being sick to my stomach feeling ill by the time I walked out I felt like I needed to puke & pass out. Where prior to walking in I was fine. Don't know if thats an everyday thing or just because they want to make it uncomfortable to shop so everyone is quick in and out so they could close the store on time. Either way it's not for those who need circulation of cool air to function. A gentleman asked if he could help location anything as I walked in, I told him what I specifically needed he pointed me to their decent sized dog food section , tried to make a suggestion regarding flavors not brand so basically I was in the same position I had been walking through the door. Luckily I had done a quick search online which in the past hadn't worked at all due to the ingredients not fully being shown online and my pup having a food allergy to poultry which is in almost all dog food as a byproduct. Whats great is they now have a more brands that cater to the dogs that can't eat chicken or poultry including byproducts, what would be nice is them having their own specific area to find all of them , so we no longer have to wonder through a hot store searching each have to find one that has no poultry in it. The lady who checked me out was very sweet. Overall I gave the location 3stars marking 2stars off due to the air temperature & lack of knowledge regarding product and assistance finding products

  Not one employee spoke to us while in the store. Went to check out and no one was at the register. Waited in line for someone to check the people out. One lady said “ I guess every thing is free today” Not sure if she took her stuff and left or just left. Petco really needs to train there staff better.
