He would not moved, and looked at my daughter rudely when she excused herself to get through. He overheard us discussing not being sure of the size to buy, and never approached us to ask if he could help. My experience was not pleasant. I honestly only bought the item there because I was in a rush, and it was the closest store to purchase it.

Stopped in on my way to work and sat in the checkout line for what seemed like close to 10 minutes, possibly only 5.. while the associate spoke to another customer for all that time about not being able to keep their pet fish alive, and she still had not even started to ring his merchandise up. I totally understand being friendly with customers, but there are a lot of people, especially in the mornings that are on their way to work and need to get in and out in a timely fashion.
