    Staff is very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was straight forward. I had a great experience taking both my dogs in to receive their annual vaccines and simparica trio prescriptions. I will be coming back in the future and highly recommend!

    Not that very good of experience this time. The doctor Lee Ann Fugler was to serious and too quiet she never asked how the dog was doing. She didn’t even say a single word. My dog received the shot, and that was it. On front they were very polite and nice.
