    I accidentally drove to the wrong location. When I realized it, I called, left a message and got over there as fast as I could. Walked in 5 minutes late, rang the bell, waited. One minute later, the tech walked out and informed me that they had a 5 minute “grace period” so they wouldn’t see my dog. By Monday he was incredibly sick and hospitalized. Will never go to this location again. The one on Belt Line is amazing and I will always try to go there.

    Staff is amazing at this location! My girlfriend and I brought our pup Hermes in for a visit, everyone was so helpful and informative with his health updates and they were very quick which we love lol ! We will definitely return for our next visit :)

    Kelly and Dr. Anderson were amazing. Storm doesn’t really like people and tends to hide and hiss but they said she was great and didn’t do anything. They were thorough and explained all my options and didn’t make me feel pressured into doing anything that I wasn’t ready for. We will def be coming back.
