No more smelly boy, his coat was soft and shiny, nails were filed to perfection. He fell in love with her instantly can’t wait for our next appointment.
- SCShannon CatalanoOct 22, 20255.0We did a walk-in with our pup, Fraggle, for a nail trim and triple f. We’ve done this a few times and always have a great experience. Today was exceptional. Ms. Hoi really went above and beyond. I watched from afar as she talked to our nervous guy and comforted him. He looks stellar but most of all, I’m so happy that she cared for him in such a loving and kind way.
- HEHailey EeAug 16, 20251.0The reptile section genuinely upset me. Two of the ball pythons had stuck shed, where on aspen bedding, which should be coco chunks. Both had what looked to be stuck eye caps. The leopard geckos were on reptile carpet, which are bad for them due to the fact there claws get stuck on it. There enclosure also had a bunch of feces. Here’s the thing, I UNDERSTAND if yall don’t know how to properly care for reptiles, but it is your responsibility as a company to not have them if you can’t give them proper care. If anyone who works there sees this, soak the ball pythons with stuck shed in warm water to help the shed, don’t force it off, and please change the substrate. I quite literally went home and cried from seeing them in that state. Please do better.
