If you love your fur babies, please think twice before booking here. "Hidden Fees & Price Hikes": My online quote for two standard Shih Tzu haircuts was $168.00. When it came time to pay, they hit me with hidden fees that were never disclosed upfront, attempting to charge me $223.00. I ultimately had to pay $199.00.Subpar Quality: Not only did they completely alter the pricing, but the actual haircuts weren't that great! The quality of the groom did not match the premium price tag. Unprofessional Staff: When I questioned the unexpected charges, the staff was entirely unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me my dogs were no longer welcome back.As pet parents, our dogs are our babies, and it is exhausting to deal with companies taking advantage of us like this. Save yourself the stress, the hidden costs, and bad customer service —take your pets somewhere else!

  Went in with a million questions about setting up a 10 gallon tank for my grandson. I was fortunate to get Gene at this location. He was extremely knowledgeable about fish tanks giving suggestions and answering every question I had. He was patient and didn’t rush me out of the store. (Smile) I feel confident that if I ever have an issue with my tank, I know without a doubt, he is fully capable to assist. I’m so thankful for him! I would recommend anyone who is starting a journey of a fish tank and fish, go see him. He will give excellent customer service. Promise. (Smiling again )

  Visited this store a couple of weeks ago and it seemed like the store hasn't been updated since the 90's. Old dented shelves, a not real pleasant smell, pretty messy in the reptile section, the keys for the live pet cases were left in the lock with nobody around. That being said, the employee that helped me with crickets was very helpful & the cashier was very nice
