  I always come to the same location and always get greeted and the employees are sweet. This time around there was a new girl she seemed annoyed I was going to pay and when I said “hi how are you” she ignored me didn’t say anything but my total. Also, my perks for my free dog food is missing. I never redeemed it.

  My friend had a horrible experience at this clinic during a recent vet visit. He took his Scottish Fold kitten in to get his first round of vaccines, and both the doctor and the assistant were extremely rough while administering the injections. Immediately after the shot, the kitten developed a noticeable limp. The doctor assured my friend that this was normal, claiming it was just temporary swelling that would subside. When the limp did not improve after a full week, my friend brought the kitten back. This time, the vet dismissed the issue entirely, claiming it was just a genetic trait of the Scottish Fold breed. If this were truly a genetic issue, why did the limp begin the exact second after the shot was administered? The kitten had absolutely no mobility issues prior to the appointment. Blaming genetics feels like a convenient cover-up to avoid taking responsibility for rough handling and potential nerve penetration. It has now been a full month, and the kitten is still limping. Because this issue started under their direct care, this clinic should do the right thing and provide a complimentary X-ray and diagnostic checkup to figure out what went wrong. Avoid this place if you want gentle care for your pets.

  I always love visiting Petco. Checking out any new possible pets, the deals on tanks and accessories and feeder supplies for all my pets. Staffing is knowledge and always nice.

If you love your fur babies, please think twice before booking here. "Hidden Fees & Price Hikes": My online quote for two standard Shih Tzu haircuts was $168.00. When it came time to pay, they hit me with hidden fees that were never disclosed upfront, attempting to charge me $223.00. I ultimately had to pay $199.00.Subpar Quality: Not only did they completely alter the pricing, but the actual haircuts weren't that great! The quality of the groom did not match the premium price tag. Unprofessional Staff: When I questioned the unexpected charges, the staff was entirely unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me my dogs were no longer welcome back.As pet parents, our dogs are our babies, and it is exhausting to deal with companies taking advantage of us like this. Save yourself the stress, the hidden costs, and bad customer service —take your pets somewhere else!
