  Sue Tran needs to be fired after this morning’s encounter. She treated my dog so poorly that it would be considered animal abuse and I wish I was joking. Management can check the CCTV for 9:06 and 11:30 to see. We arrived a little early this morning for our 9:15 appointment. Sue checks us in, comes to put the grooming leash on my dog, and starts pulling her back. My dog has one eye, is facing me, and starts to panic because she’s being pulled backwards by the neck. She falls to the floor WHILE Sue continues to pull her across the floor. My spouse and I are trying to help my dog stand up so she can walk into the grooming area. I had TO ASK SUE to please stop pulling my dog so I can help her up. She finally stopped. I helped my dog stand up and turn around so she can see where she’s going. Then I go to pick up my dog about 11:30am. Sue was annoyed to see me and rolled her eyes. She eventually brought my dog out thinking it couldn’t get worse but it did. Sue couldn’t even hold the doggy dog long enough to let my dog walk out, so the door hit my dog in the lower ribs and my dog collapsed to the floor. I had to help her off the floor again while Sue Tran just stood there with no reaction. She even messed up her hair and now she has a random curly patch on her leg when she’s a straight haired dog. :/ This experience is completely uncalled for and I’m severely disappointed. This isn’t our first service with Petco but as long as Sue Tran is there I will not be going anymore.

  I always come to the same location and always get greeted and the employees are sweet. This time around there was a new girl she seemed annoyed I was going to pay and when I said “hi how are you” she ignored me didn’t say anything but my total. Also, my perks for my free dog food is missing. I never redeemed it.
