However we went in for a trial run and my dog was bit badly by another dog. Our dog has been at another facility for years where he plays with large groups of dogs, he is not aggressive and has never been towards another dog. Nobody knew how it happened nor did they even see that he had been bit that badly until my husband pointed it out to them. Even more upsetting I received a phone call today (after I had left a bad review) from them saying that my dog is the aggressor and suddenly they have a whole story as to what happened. I’m not saying my dog is perfect but we didn’t enjoy our experience with this place! The staff apologized and covered the vet bill. However, it’s disheartening that I dropped my dog off trusting that he would get the safety and prompt attention that is advertised.
