From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us with so much kindness, respect, and understanding. They made a heartbreaking experience a little easier by showing genuine compassion and making sure everything was handled so beautifully. You can truly feel the love and dedication they have for the pets and families they serve. Thank you for helping us honor our beloved pet with so much dignity and love.   The most loving group of people to communicate with during some of the worst hours/days of your life.They will treat your fur babies with the same love and care you gave them. I want to thank you guys so much for making the process as heart warming as possible, helped me see the silver lining of everlasting pain. My sweet boy was pain free Oct. 8, 2026, same day actions were taken by these wonderful people told me where to go, and they’d take care of the rest. I brought my boy back home the very next day in a gorgeous urn. Money was no object for him, but RGV pet is the example definition of pocket friendly during emergencies, my sweet boy weighed over 65lbs. May God forever give you guys endless blessings.   Losing my sweet furbaby Teddy was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life. After 18 wonderful years of unconditional love and companionship, saying goodbye was incredibly difficult. During such an emotional time, I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care, kindness, and compassion we received.
