  Condescending workers who made me feel like shit. Looking down on people for not knowing certain things is egotistic and ego-tripping. It’s disappointing especially when people are in distress and emotional and instead of providing patient education and comfort, was met with being looked down upon. I felt judged on my decisions to hold off on certain treatments and was talked to like a dumb person. I am a first time pet owner, I am still learning. Instead of jumping to biases and assumptions, it would be nice if I could be educated on how to be a better owner instead.

  Been here for a couple of visits now. Last visit I just want to say how great Dr. Logan and one of the vet tech Calista were! Both handle my Fooshii with great care and were very personable! Labs took alil longer than usual but Calista did great about keeping me updated on things. You can tell when someone loves their job. And I could see just that during our visit! Thank you!

  Dr. Logan, Callista, and others at the clinic are so kind. My mom’s cat was under their care and they did all that they could and were so sympathetic when it was time to let her go. They were sad with us and that meant a lot. They were direct, kind, and very empathetic. It is hard on everybody when a beloved pet crosses the rainbow bridge.

  My dog Brownie was gravely ill and died within a week. Your vet made poor diagnosis. Surgery was never suggested but it was the only measure that could have saved her. I will never take my animals to again.
