  I had the good fortune to have help offered by the most knowledgeable and kind associate with experience in reptile pet ownership. He answered every question and was incredibly patient in explaining anything confusing. He walked me through diet, temperature parameters, habitat, water, routine, misconceptions—anything and everything leopard gecko related. I am grateful to have had his help!

  Today on this store wile my dog was getting her nails cut, I saw one of the dog groomers hitting a dog that she was cutting her hair. She was a blonde woman with a nose piercing, If your dog acts strange after grooming make sure they didn’t abuse it please

  On Saturday, my partner and I brought our dogs for grooming services. When it was time to collect our dogs: my partner’s dog was perfectly groomed (and it was her first time); however, it seemed the only part of my dog “groomed” was her tail. When I mentioned to the groomer cutting down hair around her head—she began to tell me in numerous ways that my dog was not ideally obedient to the grooming process. I have taken my dog to grooming services 7+ times and NEVER have I been told my dog was difficult or impossible to groom. Also, for a service that cost me >$100, I was at least expecting her to be properly dematted and her hair brushed. I had to brush and attempt cutting her hair once I went home. Instead of being met with numerous excuses, it would have been better to be told “I’m sorry—I couldn’t do a better job”. For a service that took more than 4 hours, I was expecting a lot better. I am met with disappointment and frustration that this is the outcome of a grooming service, especially when I have taken her to this location in the past and have received better results. So, if you worry about purchasing a service for grooming your dog—don’t expect an apology, discount, or rebooking if they do a chopped job. Go somewhere else to get your dog groomed where they will actually have a sense of pride and care for the service they are providing. Amanda, thank you for doing a wonderful job with Luna on Saturday—she looked perfect. I just wish Mia Nina looked half as good after her service.
