  DogJoy went above and beyond when my dog was experiencing a serious medical condition; because of the quick response of the employees and owner my dog is alive and healthy. I cannot express my gratitude enough towards the staff!!! I completely trust and highly recommend this facility

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about DogJoy! They went above and beyond in caring for our two dogs during their hotel boarding stay. Our dogs had never been boarded before, and to put it kindly, they were definitely a challenge! They were nervous, anxious, and needed a LOT of extra patience and reassurance. I am especially grateful for the extra patience, compassion, and individual attention they gave our dogs. Knowing that they were in the hands of people who genuinely cared about their well-being gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Thank you, DogJoy, for treating our dogs with such kindness and for going the extra mile when they needed it most. We truly appreciate everything you did for our M & R! 🐾💜 💙🐾

  We had a great experience with DogJoy’s hotel boarding. We unexpectedly had to travel out of state for a funeral and were scrambling to find care for our dog. We usually use Rover, but we were unable to find a sitter during the summer on such short notice. The staff was extremely accommodating and was able to fit him in for a trial night before our longer trip, which gave us a lot of reassurance and helped us feel comfortable leaving him there. Our dog is reactive, and the staff did an excellent job keeping him safely separated from the other dogs while still making sure he received plenty of attention, exercise, and care. They genuinely seem to care about each dog and take the time to get to know their individual needs and personality. The facility is noticeably calmer and quieter than other boarding facilities we have toured, with plenty of room for the dogs to run around. Our dog came home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for. Drop-off and pickup were also organized and easy. It is such a relief to have found a place where we feel good about leaving our dog, and we would absolutely use them again.

  The two pups (100# each) had never been away from home and me before. Both had been abandoned by previos owners so I was unsure how they would react to a 2-week boarding and daycare stay. Although the reduced appetite says they were a bit stressed, they both slimmed down and built muscle running and playing all day. I was on a cruise and not reachable but bever worried about their safety or care. The owner and her staff can manage anything that might have come up. I've had other pups in daycare and boarding so I knew they would be well taken care of. This is the only place I trust to actually take care of my pups without any worry.
