Our appointment was scheduled for 11:15 a.m., and we received a text instructing us to arrive at 10:40 a.m. for check-in. We arrived exactly when they requested, but after being placed in an exam room, we noticed it had not even been sanitized. We then waited 40 minutes without anyone seeing our cat. When we asked for an update, we were told that we had checked in “an hour early,” which was simply untrue. We followed their instructions and arrived at 10:40 a.m. for our 11:15 a.m. appointment. That is a standard early check-in not an hour-early arrival. It was also clear that the clinic was short-staffed and unable to properly accommodate patients. While I understand staffing challenges happen, that should not come at the expense of patient care or respectful communication. To make matters worse, one of the doctors spoke to us rudely and abruptly told us to go into the exam room, adding to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, long wait despite arriving as instructed, unsanitized exam room, and unprofessional attitude made for a very negative experience. I would not recommend this clinic based on the level of service we received.

I collected the sample and drop it off the first thing in the morning and keep extra attention, the staff who received the sample confirmed they received it and will send it to lab. But a few days later I still didn’t get the report back - I called and they said they NEVER received the sample and I will have to collect and drop it again. What kind of bs is that! What a waste of time and money! Will never come back again
