  Had a bad experience with the store manager, Misty, today at the Pasadena location and my wife, my daughter, and myself was directed to leave the store. We are going through a health crisis for my dog who is not eating. We spoke with our Veterinarian who suggested to change his diet and was recommended to go to Petco to find the correct food. Earlier this week, I spoke with a helpful employee who handed me a flyer and suggested for me to bring my dog to attend the event this weekend and "Enjoy dog food samples and learn how to build a better bowl". After the manager was called, Misty approached us and we explained we were there for the event. She went to the back to get a small container of a sample of dog food which my dog did not eat. When we explained that to her, she rudely responded " We can't give your dog a buffet that's all you get" I show her the flyer and we were interested in building a better nutritious bowl for our dog and that it showed samples with an "s". She replied "Again that's all you get and if you don't like it you can leave the store. As a matter of fact leave the store". My wife asked her for her name and she delightfully replied " My name is Misty. I'm the manager MISTY and you can call". She even suggested for us to call to report. It looks like we were the only ones there to attend the event and it was obvious that they were not prepared. We previously did business with Petco in the past and had our dogs groomed.
