- LALarry Arnold6 days ago4.0I have shopped here for the better part of 9 years, and the only reason I don't give 5 stars is the inconsistency of customer service and/or inventory stock. Most of the CSRs are friendly enough, knowledgable enough, and helpful enough...the ones that aren't usually don't bother interacting with customers. One notice I would give to the store's management: It can be a little off-putting to have your cashier playing with a butterfly knife and complaining that store policy prevents employees from carrying a firearm while on duty...all while checking out customer purchases.

Sometimes it goes well but sometimes times they can't find my order (like the last time I went there) other stores a better at this. Make sure you check your food because I have gotten dog food in the past with bugs in it. If you let them know and the bag is not that used they will get you a new bag for free.
