This vet office is awesome. I have not met any one who works here is doesn't provide excellent customer service. It seems they care about the animals and want to support the people who own them. I understand these people just want to do their jobs and make what little difference they can, however I didn't appreciate not being warned about the wellness plan. The techs swore up and down this was a great option to manage costs of vet visits- and mind you, if definitely is if you go regularly for your pet, cleaning, check ups or if your pet is old or sickly, or even if you are really anxious and worry about your pet every 12 seconds, it's a great way to lower the costs of frequent visits, however my pets are young and I don't take them often unless I need to refill a prescription or if they have unusual concerning behavior. DO NOT ACCEPT THE WELLNESS PLAN. To cancel, you have to pay your entire policy amount, which can be up to $1000 depending on the size of your pet. You can't just refuse to pay, you MUST cough up the entire full policy cost PER PET to cancel. I just wish the techs who were begging me to sign up were honest with me about that. I'm sure they get a little something for having us sign up for the plan and I'm sure this is the main way the vet makes their money, but I really would have appreciated the transparency before hand. It was deceptive.

Let me make a online appointment for 5:30 but got a call and said they were unable to because all pets have to be gone by 5:30 but they close at 6 it shouldn’t have let me schedule a 5:30 appointment if that’s the case. Only 5 min away at 5:10 and they said they were unable to see us. Would not recommend! Waste of time!!!!
