  The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly as well. Found the dog leash i needed and found extra treats.

  The store is always clean and smells pleasant, floors are immediately cleaned, staff is great & polite, “MAKAYKA”, pet groomer is the best! my dog gets excited when he goes in to see her & her name is mentioned!!! She is very kind & it shows her love for dogs!! Thank you, Makayla, GOD Bless & Good Luck!!!

  I had a 4:15 grooming appointment at Petco and arrived at 4:18. I understand being a few minutes late can be an issue, and I’m respectful of appointment policies. What didn’t sit right with me was the inconsistent communication. At first, I was told there was an issue with my puppy’s vaccination records, even though she is fully up to date. Then, after speaking with another employee, I was told I couldn’t be seen because I arrived late. If the policy is that a few minutes late means the appointment is canceled, I would have respected that. But giving different reasons made the situation feel dismissive and unprofessional. I would have appreciated clear communication and at least a brief attempt to assess whether my puppy could be accommodated, especially since I was already there. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
