  This is a nice and new location. They have a lot of selection. There are a lot of fish supplies and stock which is why I visit. The restrooms were out of both paper towel and toilet paper when I went to wash my hands which was frustrating. The staff also would not sell me a snail because she said they hadn't proven they were active. Nice store but I had some issues.

  VetCo will try to tug at your heart and purse strings to upsell every procedure possible. I paid over $325 for Xrays then was told 15 minutes later that the Xrays were inconclusive. I am not sure they even have an Xray machine and or tech that knows how to run it properly. Then I was told that my pet needed bloodwork that determine a good plan of action. At the cost of an additional $167. Then finally, antibiotics were prescribed at an cost of $67. A total visit for over $500 when I could have been prescribed the antibiotics all along. This place and visit was a complete rip off. I won't be back and have canceled my PetCo/VetCo paid membership. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET REAL HELP.

  Had such a great experience in Petco this weekend! As a first time pet mom, the store associates were nothing but kind and helpful! Cirel walked me through things I’d need for my new puppy and even took me over to get info and get booked for grooming! Top notch customer service all the way around!
