    We have been trying to get a chewy prescription filled all week for flea treatment for a flea infestation at home and they still have not approved it. We just had a wellness check and vaccines updated at this Petco clinic a few weeks ago, so there should be no delay in approving the Rx. Our previous vet would always approve our chewy order within 24 hours. The stress this is adding right before a newborn is overwhelming. We’ve called and spoke to someone who told us they would be on the lookout for our prescription to come through and still nothing, I don’t understand the delay at this point.
