  This location has made me change my opinion about Petco. This is my 2nd time booking. The first time I booked in Plano my appointment moved without notification. I tried to book an appointment at the Casa Linda location but was called and told they were unsure why the system booked me, but they could take me on Friday. I then set an appointment in Mesquite and got in with no issues. They seen a photo and was very transparent about additional fees that were to be included in my request. Later received a call that my puppy was complete in the projected 3 hour time frame. Will definitely be using this location from this point on.

  The store itself is very nice and clean. The woman working at the desk of the grooming salon was friendly, but they turned away my sweet epileptic dog because of his history of seizures. I understand if it is a policy of theirs, but it should absolutely be listed on the website. The visit was a waste of time for me and now my dog can’t get groomed.

  I arrived on time. They immediately tried to tell me I needed a rabies vaccination. My cat had a vaccination one year and 19 days ago. I was not told this at the time I booked it. I waited 45 minutes to see the veterinarian. Never saw one. I only conversed with a Vet techs. I was so frustrated I actually walked out. I gave it two stars because the support people actually seem polite. And a rabies vaccination would not have helped at all if my cat bit the vet. ( And my cat has never bitten anyone.) There has to be a two-week waiting period. It just seemed to be a ploy to get extra money from me. And I do not know why I couldn't actually talk to the vet. I had to relay everything through the technicians. I ended up just feeling frustrated and taking my Smokey cat and walking out.

  I’ve had such a great experience with Petco Grooming, especially with Brenda, Max’s groomer! 🐶💙 She is always so patient and gentle with him, and she does an amazing job every single time. Max always leaves looking so handsome! Thank you, Brenda, for taking such great care of him! 🥰✂️

  Dog Training is so awesome here. Hap Anderson is the best. He has worked with our 2 French Bulldogs and has worked wonders. Every time we learn much more than before and he is so patient and caring with the dogs and all animals in your Store. Thanks again Hap
