We had originally scheduled our Dog for the bath only apple blossom package, when we got there we had a few special instructions cause he had just got cleared by his vet for a bath, we just weren't able to brush his teeth cause he got 3 of them pulled and stitches in his right ear, so we just asked that they skip the teeth cleaning and be gentle on his right ear, our stylist said she was going to change the package we had him scheduled for so it would be cheaper for us since they weren't gonna clean his teeth, we were like ok that's cool thank you so much, we left and when we came back to pick him up they still charged us the original price, we told the lady at the counter that it should be cheaper cause the stylist said she had changed the package and they said "we'll we didn't bill it out the stylist did, and she's already gone for the day" so they pretty much just sent us on our way without actually helping us. We're happy with the service and how they treat our dog, just kind of disappointing how they don't communicate within each other about the billing and changing of packages. Cause instead of us paying 100 something dollars we could have saved a little cause that's what the person working there told us.

We took our dog to get her nails trimmed after she was anxious from a previous bad grooming experience from a different place. The team did amazing and our dog’s nails came out perfectly, we will definitely be back!! The associate who checked us in and clipped our dog’s nails was very sweet and provided great recommendations.

My 3 years old dog was trained by Hap Anderson and his methods have significantly improved our dog’s behavior and training. Hap was very patient and we were very impressed with his results. We highly recommend Hap as a dog training expert.

Every time I go in this store, there's dog piss on the floor can't find any employees to help you get crickets or anybody at the fish containers and the little girl they got at the front counter is very rude.I'm fixing to find a new pet store to buy my animal supplies. Stood at the fish tank by the Cricket box for almost 20 minutes.Never saw anybody went to the register and had them get them , and she was very rude and snappy , they need to hire some people who wanna work instead of sitting on their phones and play all day and hide in the office
