  This is a great place open 7 days a week, multiple doctors, they do surgeries. Doctors have been wonderful. At the rear of petsmart next to grooming. Highly recommend

  We took our babies beacuse the boy was not feeling good. He was losing weight. The dr told us both of our cats were healthy from all the tests. We lost our sweet boy three days later. Why? If he was healthy. Now they want us to pay for an insurance plan on a deceased cat. This company and its insurance are robbing people. They say there is nothing they can do because we signed a contract. Unacceptable!

  Made an appointment online for a time the next day to get my dogs rabies vaccine booster shot. The next day rolls around and somehow it wasn't on the clinics schedule. I went back and double checked the confirmation email I received to make sure I didn't put the wrong day or time and I hadn't. So somehow my appointment was never actually scheduled even though I received a confirmation email, and by the time I found out (11:00am the day of when the initial appointment I scheduled was at 4:30pm), it was too late because their schedule around that time was full. But then they said that if I could get my dog there by noon that they would be able to squeeze him in. Perfect! I was at work so I quickly called my girlfriend and told her to head over there immediately so she could get there before the noon deadline they told me. They called me again at 11:36 saying that now we would just have to reschedule his appointment for a different day because we weren't there by 11:30am. I was confused because they had just told me so long as we could get there before noon they would be able to see him, I told that to the person that called me and they told me "no, it was 11:30." My girlfriend was already on the way there by that point. Disappointing and frustrating experience all around, especially when I needed this vaccination done ASAP for an application to an apartment complex. I don't plan on returning to this clinic.

  They have the best staff . Everyone is helpful and takes the time to answer all my questions. They love my Frenchies and know I’m a new Frenchie mom with 1000 questions. This first year with my two girls has been great . Just knowing they are just a call away gives me piece of mind.

  Sadie was well taken care of from start to finish. Put me at ease with a phone call after procedure was completed. Thanks for making my Sadie feel the same.
