I was very upset by this experience, as I had been looking forward to eating at this restaurant. Specific: I made the reservation on June 22, 2023 at 10:10 AM. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:20 AM, and my name was not on the list. I spoke to the hostess, and she said that she could not find my reservation. She asked me to wait, but after 15 minutes, I still had not been seated. I ended up leaving the restaurant. Suggestion: I suggest that Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano improve their system for tracking walking list reservations. This would help to ensure that guests who have made reservations are not disappointed.
