I never write a bad complaint, but I only do so I think it will benefit others, especially in this case, financially. I have taken both my dogs there for years, and everything’s been going smoothly. The front desk is Staff amazing!
In the winter of 2025 I was going to get one of my dogs teeth cleaned, and the doctor told me that her blood levels were not stable enough to put her under anesthesia. So he recommended steroids which we did. Sometime after the steroids, she started vomiting, having diarrhea so he rushed her to the ER. There they had to run some test to make sure it wasn’t anything major, and we had to slowly wiener off of the steroids. The ER Vet veterinarian checked her blood levels and they said it was not bad to the point where she couldn’t go under anesthesia. We had to slowly wean her off of the steroids, get her medication and extra test done. Total cost of all of this was $5000.
Fast-forward a few months later when I brought my other dog to get her teeth cleaned. They said they ran some tests and her liver was having issues, so they sent me home with a supplement and they gave her a liver. Mind you, this are all extra costs. The medication they gave her made her have diarrhea, and I explained to them that nothing has been wrong with her before the supplement they having her take. At this point, I felt something wasn’t right, and I decided to take both my dogs to a new vet.
The new vet did all the tests, and they came back With levels that are all perfect.
This could be all a coincidence, And I hate to think that any of this is intentional, but it’s not worth my dogs getting ill with medication’s. Needless to say, we have switched to veterinary Practices.

Decided to give this location a try since it is a little bit closer to my house. Receptionist was friendly upon arrival. Once in the room I don't feel like the vet tech was listening to any of my concerns about my dog. She took my dog back and the vet popped his head in for probably a total of 30 seconds and recommended an allergy shot which I agreed to. My dog was in the back for 5 minutes or less and then I was sent to check out. I thought it was a little odd that the vet never came back to discuss anything as far as allergy concerns. Once I received my emailed receipt it showed that my pet had a complete exam including a blood draw, ECG, and he was given a dewormer. Hard to believe that was all done in 5 minutes. And when my dog was giving back to me there was no sign that he had any type of blood draw. Being that his coat is white sometimes there's a little discoloration from where they took the blood or he would have the faint smell of rubbing alcohol from where they cleaned the site. Yes this is all covered under my plan, but no one ever told me any of this was being performed nor was any of this discussed with me prior. When I called the office the receptionist confirmed that all of this was done and I had asked that the vet call me to discuss the blood results. Here we are 4 days later and I never received a call. Horrible service!
