  It was alright, the employee i spoke to was very nice but they didnt have what I was looking for and me and my husband found sooooooo many dead fish in those tanks, like literally rotting their skeletons showing....not cool, clean your tanks.

  The second it turned 7pm I was told very awkwardly that the store is closed and the door was locked. I get it this is just a petco but that wasn’t necessary as we were already at the front.

  I lost our dog. Canceled my automatic order. But they sent it anyway. Took it to the store, they wouldn't take it.

  I have serious concerns about this Petco and the well-being of the animals "living" here. The service is terrible, but the treatment of the animals is really, really sad.

  I've only had good experiences at this location in past visits but unfortunately this time was different. I needed help finding something but I could not find any staff to assist. This gave me time to wonder around the store in search of what I needed. As I did I noticed dead animals in the enclosures. I know this isn't uncommon for pet stores, but it wasn't just fish or feeder mice. There were dead baby chickens on display too. Not just one but several. I was also saddened to see that the living ones didn't seem to be in the best condition either. The Parrots and reptiles seemed healthy and happy though. I ended up leaving empty handed and frustrated with the lack of help.
