  My complaint is with the fish department. I've bought a lot of fish there, and have had no problems. I was there yesterday for some female guppies. I noticed a very strong algae smell and several dead fish in several of the aquariums. It was clear to me they haven't been maintaining their aquariums. The one with the female guppies looked good though, so I bought four. I asked for five but he only gave me four. No big deal I was okay with that. I brought them home and acclimated them. They seemed okay last night. This morning I checked on them and only one female survived. I know it wasn't my aquarium because I checked perimeters and everything yesterday before I bought them, and my tank was good, and all my other fish are fine. I did not have time today to take the dead ones back with a water sample. So I'll just take the loss on this. Needless to say I'm very upset. Should have just walked out when I smelled the strong algae and saw all the dead fish.

  I’ve had overall a good experience being at Petco when it comes to the service and me checking out. Also finding what I’m looking for when coming into the store. I will say at this location it could be cleaner and neater, especially at the checkout. It’s this table that just looks so messy with the clearance items and other things that is just bunched up on this table. Maybe also remodeling would be nice with me clean floors. However, with remodeling the store, I know that comes to an expense and time, and a lot more than I’m not educated on. This is just my opinion. Overall, the store is a really good store. They have most of things that I need and the experience is good.
