First the location is perfect but besides that the staff is very patient and friendly. Dr. Humphrey was so patient about gaining the trust of my baby before examining him. The office is clean; there was no leftover fur from the last furbaby floating around on the floor. And I didn't fear that I may be bringing fleas home as I have at some other vets. For our 1st visit there systems were down so unfortunately we had to come back another day. But because of how kind and professional everyone was I was happy to return. I definitely recommend this office

The entire staff was wonderful! I had a sick kitten (like 8 weeks old) and while every other vet said they couldn't see him for 4 days, Banfield got him right in and made sure he was well taken care of. We will be back for sure!

First appointment two days ago was decent the front desk receptionist met me with a negative attitude from the get-go but the actual vet and that tech were kind and very informative.
However, two days later when my dog returns for dental work to go under anesthesia (mostly to take an x-ray of her legs… because she is limping… which is what I came in two days ago for……..that is included with my wellness plan) they take her in to do the dental work (after a new receptionist was also not hospitable) and when they drop her off to me, they don’t acknowledge the x-ray. They don’t speak about it until I ask about it.
The vet tech comes out. It’s a different one this time with a different vet doing the dental surgery. The vet did not speak to me the entire time and the vet tech rolled her eyes at me several times every time I asked her a question about my dog and she had to return to the back room to ask the vet. He did not come out to speak with me at all despite coming out to speak with another patient while I waited 15 mins for them to bring me my dog out. I had to ASK for a referral for an orthopedic specialist it was not offered to me.
I empathize with other pet owners who have come to this location and have been met with such little hospitality or warmth and lack of communication. Especially for the animals who have more serious illnesses.

Whatever you do, domt get there insurance plan. 3 dogs runs 250 a month. We tried to cancel because the services vs the cost, we are just paying them free money each month. Every little thing they add is an extra charge. We called in December to cancel and they stated we had to run the entire year then can cancel. Yeah whatever, so we took them back in January for checkups and guess what, the year restarted. This company is crooks. Now we have to find another vet and pay out of pocket so we can get this contract cancelled.
If we change the account its attached to, im sure they will have a hissing fit and get there big dog lawyers involved.
Be aware everyone when you get the insurance!!!!

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
