Have been using Banfield for about 20 yrs. They have been consistent with the care of my dogs. They are engaged with both me and my animals. They are knowledgeable and compassionate with my animals. They were there with the hard decisions and they always call to check on how they were after a visit. We are on our 4th pup and again they are on point with her care. I have recommended many people over the years to bring their animals to Banfield. I have always had the best care for my furbabies with Banfield. Also, when I had to travel it's was very convenient to be able to take my pup to them even out if state. I received the best care there as well.

Overall my experience with this location has been fine.I don’t like the drop off system as my pets get stressed and as a rule have soiled the crate when I pick up. Not sure where the animals reside once in the office. They are normally there a long time before being called and on one occasion my cat was distraught and the procedure could not be carried out as she escaped the vets and was loose in the office. 9 times out of 10 I am given the wormer to take home and administer myself. I have had compassionate and positive experiences as well hence a generous 4 stars. This has not swayed my decision to stop the comprehensive plan though.

Started coming her two years ago for my two cats out of convenience (close to home and great hours). Have been consistently impressed with both the professionalism and quality of care from the whole team. Specifically, the customer service from both Rachel and Kenzie has been excellent; I get reminder calls about appointments, immediate calls when they are ready for pickup, great flexibility when scheduling appointments, and full explanations related to care.
The vet care itself is also very pragmatic - no unnecessary procedures or overly aggressive treatments for small issues; a couple of times I have just been instructed to keep an eye on things, which I am happy to do as opposed to invasive treatments/medications.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
