There's were 3 employees on the floor. 2 of which would not help me. I understood that the one of the animal poeple were busy with other customers. But tell me petco why would you hire 2 employees who are afraid of the animals you sell? So instead of being able to help me they stood around and watched the other employee handle not 1 not 2 but 4 other customers. Just ridiculous. Please petco do better. I normally go to a different pet store here in longview anyway but chose this petco because my normal store was closed already. I could not get to a pet store sooner due to work. Im not asking you fire these 2 employees or even hire other employees l, I just simply ask that your employees try to be more helpful with all the work and not just 1 certain thing.
