- KFKristie FresquezApr 30, 20265.0I had never been into a petco before.I visited this long view, texas location and let me tell you.I had a lot of questions because my dog is a special needs dog.He's missing, and I he was born a runt.The ladies here were more than helpful.They took the time out to explain everything to me.They even told me that if my dog did not like the food that he was eating.And the bag was open that I could return it for a full refund.I have never experienced such great customer service.I will definitely be back way to go petco team.
- SDShawna DApr 26, 20261.0I sent my 18 and 17yo daughter to purchase fish. The cashier would not let them purchase bc my 17yo daughter picked them out even thought my 18yo was purchasing. She had her ID and DC to purchase. The girl was extremely rude, and just said I can’t sell y’all fish bc the 17yo picked them out and walked away. When I called up there, the girl argued with me and just said well since the 17yo picked them out I couldn’t do it . When I spoke to the manager, she did not seem to care. Petsmart was so much easier and friendlier!
