  Exemplary service by the desk, service techs, assistants, and doctors. Timely, thorough, and efficient. We have had several services performed over the years and couldn't be more pleased with the results...all at a reasonable and cost-effective price!

  This place is really gone downhill. Once the good vets left, the whole place was taken over by bad management. The last time I took my dog in, the vet refused to give her care because she said she was a dangerous dog! She is the sweetest dog ever! My advice is to take your beloved pets to a more professional environment with people who also care.

  I cannot say enough good things about this vet. The front desk staff, the techs, and the vets are all so extremely knowledgeable while still being the kindest people. One of our babies has a thyroid issue and all of the vets have taken time to talk us through exactly whats going on and the next steps, we never felt rushed through our questions. Not gonna lie, they are not the most cost effective vet but you more than get your money's worth here.

  Hands down the best vet I have ever been to. I had just moved to the Little Elm area and needed to get my cat updated on his shots before I could move in to my new apartment. Healthy Paws was able to get me in that same day and was ready for me the minute I walked in. The facility was very clean and the staff was wonderful! The room even had ledges for my cat to climb on and explore while I talked to the vet. I would highly recommend!
