  We were excited to try this veterinary clinic after seeing their $25 new patient visit offer. We brought in our 14-week-old puppy, thinking this would be a wonderful opportunity to establish care with a new veterinarian. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were not properly greeted or acknowledged, as the front desk staff was occupied on the phone. Things only went downhill from there. Once we were taken back, the veterinary technician informed us it was her first day. While we understand everyone has to start somewhere, her handling of our puppy was concerning, and she was neither personable nor reassuring. Our puppy was repeatedly taken out of the exam room, and none of her vaccinations were administered in front of us. As pet owners, especially with such a young puppy, we expect transparency, communication, and the opportunity to be present during her care. After this experience, we requested a refund. That's when the customer service became even worse. Our calls were ignored, we were told there was no manager available, and then someone named Bri supposedly claimed she had spoken with us. We have absolutely no idea who Bri is and have never spoken with her! The lack of accountability, professionalism, and honesty is extremely concerning. What was advertised as a great $25 introductory offer turned into a frustrating experience that left us questioning the clinic's practices and customer service. A discounted visit means nothing if the quality of care, communication, and customer service are lacking. We trusted this clinic with our 14-week-old puppy, and instead of feeling confident in her care, we left disappointed and frustrated. We requested our money back and expected a professional response, not ignored phone calls and conflicting information. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this clinic based on our experience. Pet owners deserve honesty, transparency, compassion, and respect, regardless of whether they're paying $25 or $250.

  We took our 14-week-old puppy to Healthy Paws because of their advertised $25 new-patient visit, hoping to find a vet we could trust. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We weren’t properly greeted, and the technician told us it was her first day. Her handling of our puppy did not inspire confidence. Our puppy was repeatedly taken out of the room, and no vaccinations were administered in front of us. When we declined services we felt were unnecessary, other charges were suggested, making us feel pressured to spend more. After requesting a refund, we struggled to get our calls returned and were told there was no manager available. Someone named Bri reportedly said she had spoken with us, but we have no idea who she is. The lack of communication, transparency, and follow-through left us uncomfortable trusting Healthy Paws with our puppy’s care.

  I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Healthy Paws! We live about 30 minutes away, and they are absolutely worth the drive. The entire team is fantastic and truly makes every visit a positive experience. We see Dr. Cole most often and absolutely love her, but Dr. Jackson is wonderful as well. Nicole and Kelsey are the sweetest and always go out of their way to make my dogs feel comfortable, cared for, and loved. And I can’t leave out Erin and Leslie at the front desk—they are always so welcoming, kind, and helpful. It’s such a great feeling knowing my dogs are in the hands of people who genuinely care about them. We’re so grateful to have found Healthy Paws and wouldn’t want to take our dogs anywhere else!

  What a wonderful vet clinic! Everyone is amazing and so nice! We have been taking our dog there since we moved to Texas (13~years). Best care! They treated him like their own dog! Our doggo just recently passed the whole team made the process so easy and gentle. They sent us a card afterwards, signed by the whole team. This place is where you take your family and they treat everyone like family. Thank you to everyone on the team!
