  The vet assistant was very nice and friendly. She showed she cared and was gentle with my cat each time she handled her.

  Stay away from this place!! Not enough staff to handle high call volume which will make you waited at least 5 min, my last call I was waiting for 17 min!! Due to that high call volume, one of their staff messed up my appointment! I have an appointment for my new puppy at 5 pm, but they said they have it down for 3pm. I specifically told the staff that time won't work because of school pickup time & I asked if they have anything available later. The staff told me she can put it down for 5 pm and that's the last appointment she could get me in because they close at 6 pm. I booked it. Drove all the way to the clinic then being told that you don't have an appointment was such disappointment! Not an easy way to make appointment then dealing with an unorganized clinic isn't a place to bring your dog here!

  attentive staff, very good reception, vet tech Rowena was very attentive and treated my senior cat with a lot of attention.

  Do not take your pet here. They couldn't tell my dog had a puncture wound in his chest. I'm not sure how that is missed. This was my second experience here. I would highly recommend not taking your pet here for their own safety.

  Do not recommend this location. Had a sick appointment for 0830, made the appointment the day before, then was called at 0820, while on my way in for the appointment ,to cancel the appointment because they didn’t have a nurse in until after 10. Why was there an appointment open if noone is available? Luckily I called Lewisville animal Hospital and they were able to get him in.
