The techs that helped us were so nice, warm and welcoming, and took great care of my boy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This visit went so well that we will likely move our entire veterinary relationship to this vet.

She is on 9 drops a day and they took amazing care of her! I don't know how to thank them for the exceptional care they received. Would highly recommend them!! They are truly wonderful people.

What started as an incredibly scary and heartbreaking situation with my sweet Panda turned into a story of hope because of the care, compassion, knowledge, and dedication of this amazing team. Panda was extremely sick and in so much pain. There were moments when I was absolutely terrified that I was going to lose him. As his mom, I felt helpless and scared, but Dr. Hu never made me feel like I was alone in this. She listened to every concern, took everything seriously, and went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with him and how to help him. Dr. Hu didn’t just treat Panda—she fought for him. She was thorough, compassionate, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She knew when something wasn’t right and acted quickly. She took the time to investigate, communicate with me, answer my questions, and make sure Panda received the treatment he desperately needed. I truly believe Dr. Hu saved my Panda’s life. And the staff at Point 183 deserves just as much recognition. Every person we encountered treated Panda with kindness and compassion and treated me with patience and understanding during some of the most frightening days I have ever experienced as a pet parent. When you love your dog as much as I love Panda, having a veterinary team that genuinely cares makes all the difference in the world. Panda is finally doing so much better, and watching him start to act like himself again has been an absolute blessing. Seeing him eat, drink, walk around, rest comfortably, and simply be my happy boy again is something I will never take for granted. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Hu for trusting her instincts, taking Panda seriously, and refusing to give up on him. She gave me something I desperately needed during those scary days: hope. I was also incredibly impressed by the facility itself. The office and examination rooms are spotless, bright, and impeccably maintained. It is easily one of the cleanest vet practices I’ve ever stepped foot in, with absolutely no medicinal or off-putting odors—just a calm, pristine environment. Their staff is kind, and you can tell they truly care about your pets. My pets received exceptional treatment and are doing great. I came here after a disappointing experience at another veterinary hospital, so I was on edge and apprehensive. I already felt lied to and taken advantage of. Dr. Hu answered every question and concern and kept me informed throughout. Dr. Hu performed the dental on one of my pets, and Dr. Chapa performed the other. Both are amazing! I also received honest, reliable reports on their dental and general health. The previous vet said both my pets' dental health was in horrible condition and quoted high estimates with multiple extractions. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Neither of my pets needed a single extraction, which saved me over $1,500. This hospital is transparent, truthful, and trustworthy.
