- YMYocelin MezaMar 14, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I brought my dog in for a bath and haircut and he was there for about 3 hours. I paid over $100, but when I picked him up he was still damp, didn’t look properly brushed, and honestly didn’t even look like he had gotten a haircut. I was also told he was banned for biting. I understand safety is important and he may have been stressed since this was a new location, but we’ve taken him to other Petco locations before and never had that issue. If they felt uncomfortable continuing the service, they could have called me to pick him up. Instead, we paid full price for a service that seemed incomplete.

According to the website you can't make an appt for just a nail trimming so I've walked in 3 different times and walked out every time without service. Last time I stood there for over 15 minutes waiting to see if they could even trim my dogs nails. One dog was in the back being attended to, nothing else. The girl working the counter took a dog in the back and trimmed it's nails, she then returned a groomed dog to it's owner, when it was my turn she said they were too busy to trim my dogs nails. Same story every time, just another day....so I went to the Petco on 183 near Whitestone Blvd. Service at this location is the worst.
