  I am fairly new to the area. So I figured Petco would be a decent place to groom my dog. When I arrived at the store the groomer (heavier set lady) with curly hair was extremely rude. No good morning, nothing. Just “do you have his vaccinations?” So I gave her some grace, I get it some people are not morning people. I drop him off and continue on my day. I get a text from her saying he is trying to bite her and she has to cancel the grooming. Very odd because in the five years he has always been good at getting groomed and never an issue. So I go pick him up she literally said absolutely nothing to me and walks right in the back. I spoke to her manager whom I am not confident will do anything. I’m just bringing awareness that is all.

  Asked the front clerk how much their guinea pigs are and he said half price. Went to pay with someone else and they were charging me full price. Sad to say, had to leave him there. Please educate your employees. Stressed me and the pet for no reason. I feel like they should of honored it for their mistake. Im not going to shop or get any more animals from there anymore. You lost a valuable customer. I've been shopping with you guys for more than 5 years. This really disappointed me. Petsmart from now on....

  I had gotten off work from working 2 doubles and finally had the time and ability to get my reptiles food. I had just fed him his last meal the day before yesterday, so today is a snack day, but apparently store policy doesn't allow the sale of living things after 8 P.M. this is new to me, I didn't realize a pet store cant sell pets or pet care items like food, after 8 P.M, but hey its a great way to lose a consistent customer! Will not be returning.
