  Mercy boarding in Leander always does a phenomenal job taking care, and loving our Pet Bentley while we are away. The staff and handlers do an awesome job, and are always going the extra mile to ensure superior service! It’s such a relief to never have to worry when we have a need for boarding. Bentley is always excited when we pull up. He knows he’s going to have a great time. We highly recommend Mercy Boarding as well as their veterinary services on site. Top notch for sure!!!

  Be aware before booking here. The communication is extremely poor — calls go unanswered, and it’s nearly impossible to get a clear response from anyone. The staff is not only unhelpful but also comes across as impolite and dismissive when you do manage to reach them. What’s even more concerning is the lack of management. No one seems to be in control or able to handle basic customer service situations professionally. I’ve taken all three of my pets here and spent over $6,000 in just three months, so this isn’t coming from a one-time visit. Despite that, the only thing I was told when trying to resolve the situation was that the staff member is “commission-based” and wouldn’t get paid — as if that should be my responsibility. This is especially frustrating considering my pet had just undergone surgery at this same location and was not even allowed to have a bath. I canceled the appointment within 24 hours for that reason, yet they still attempted to charge me. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. I would not trust them with my pets or my time.

  Staff is so friendly and attentive! I had to board my dog along along with my sister in law's dog together, we ended up saving money this way. They take them out to play 4 times a day and play with other dogs, which I love this for him. My only wish about this place is being open on Sunday, more pics or webcam to see my dog and longer daycare hours. Overall I recommend this place.

  I called to ask about services, they said just a walk-in to their hospital side, not disclosing that you needed to bring vaccination records for the service. The website also does not provide directions. Had to drive there multiple times unnecessarily. Fix it.

  Mercy Pet Resort is AMAZING! Not only are they affordable, but they also treat pets like their own. Our dog Hazel always leaves happy and healthy after receiving top of the line care, including play time and a relaxing bath. This visit they also did a cute Thanksgiving photo celebrating the birth of our human baby girl. 🥰
