Losing my sweet blue heeler, Girl, after a tragic accident was one of the hardest experiences of my life. Thankfully, the entire team at Crystal Falls Emergency Animal Hospital treated Girl, and myself with incredible compassion, kindness, and dignity.
When I arrived, they met me at my vehicle and immediately took Girl inside to ease her pain. They already knew who I was from my frantic phone call, which made me feel like they were truly prepared to help us. The doctors quickly assessed her condition and compassionately explained that the kindest thing I could do for her was to let her go.
They gave me as much time as I needed with Girl in their beautiful Rainbow Room—a peaceful, softly lit space that provided comfort during such a heartbreaking moment. The veterinarian also took the time to explain every step of the euthanasia process, knowing I had never been through anything like this before. Their patience and empathy meant more than I can put into words.
Although saying goodbye to Girl shattered my heart, I am forever grateful for the care, respect, and compassion shown by every member of their staff. You can genuinely tell that they love their patients and their families. I hope no one ever has to experience what we did, but if you find yourself facing one of the hardest days of your life, I cannot recommend Crystal Falls Emergency Animal Hospital highly enough. Thank you for helping my sweet Girl cross the rainbow bridge with peace, comfort, and so much love.

They have always shown exceptional care for my pups.
Most recently, because of their care we got a few extra comfortable weeks with our boy before we sent him over the rainbow bridge. When it was time, the whole process was made comfortable and peaceful for us and our best old man.
Plus being an emergency clinic they are always open.

We can’t thank the team enough for the incredible care they provided for our cat, Luna. From the moment we arrived, everyone was compassionate, professional, and took the time to explain what was happening every step of the way.
Luna’s case was unusual and stressful, but the doctors were thorough, transparent, and clearly dedicated to finding answers. They kept us informed, answered our questions, and treated Luna as if she were their own pet. The communication was outstanding, and we always felt like she was in capable hands.
The entire staff showed genuine kindness during a very stressful situation, and we’re so grateful for the expertise and care they provided. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about both pets and their owners, we highly recommend them.
Thank you for everything you did for Luna!

This hospital saved my dog's life.
Aura suffered a severe acute kidney injury and I brought her in very concerned what was going to happen. The staff responded with urgency, excellence, and genuine compassion, and after ~8 days of intensive care, she pulled through. She recovered so well and felt so comfortable with the team that she actually got excited for her follow-up visits!
To every doctor, vet tech, and staff member involved in her care: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are what heroes look like.
