As a first‑time pet owner visiting a vet, I really appreciated how patient and informative the team was. They clearly explained what was going on with my cat and made sure I felt confident about the next steps. The clinic is located inside the Petco store, which is convenient, but Google Maps can be misleading since it drops the pin in the middle of the freeway. For anyone going for the first time, just head into the Petco and the clinic is right there. Excellent service and a positive experience overall.

Terrible experience. They failed to complete prescription and you can’t get any help from anyone. Vetco said they don’t have anything to do with Vaccination Clinic, call customer service. Customer service said they can’t contact anyone to correct the problem and that another visit is needed. One place blames the other and at the end customer is left to figure it out. Ridiculous.

Dr Alvarez and her assistants were knowledgeable and took the time to explain potential complications from untreated high grade heart murmur she discovered in my Shadow. I’d been sick myself, worried about sick family and shaky on steroids. I greatly appreciated them just talking to me while I waited - and the info shared was valuable to me.
