  Im just visiting the area but this is one of the cleanest and friendliest Petcos I have been too. I went 2x while here so far for my cat and its well stocked and the staff is great.

  The staff at this store are great and super helpful. Unfortunately the same can't be said for their groomers. I had booked an appointment days in advance, got there and they declined me service in a way that made me feel embarrassed as they were staring and talk about me from behind the glass, and didn't seem like they were trying to hide it. I already get stressed out going to the groomers with my dog and this experience didn't help.

  My brother With autism needed to return something and the store manager, Lisa made him cry, He purchased a small cage and a small mouse, she said she wouldn’t be able to take the mouse, but I said, can you at least take the cage and stuff back. She ended up yelling at him. The girl who helped us at the beginning was very sweet, but I cannot say the same for her manager. She literally ruined the Petco experience, and we love coming here! Even if we’re not gonna buy anything, we like to look at the animals, it’s one of our favorite things to do. I highly recommend going somewhere else
