  I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Isbell and the entire staff! The care, kindness, and compassion they have shown our dogs, Brazos, Izzy and Honey during their recent health challenges has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, it’s clear that this is a team that genuinely loves what they do and, more importantly, truly cares about the animals and families they serve. Dr. Isbell is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and compassionate. Every concern is taken seriously, every question is answered thoughtfully, and you never feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment. What really sets this team apart is the level of care and personal attention they provide. They understand that our pets aren’t just animals; they’re family. Having someone you trust completely with their health and well-being, especially during stressful and uncertain moments, means more than words can express. The entire staff deserves just as much recognition for their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure both pets and their people feel comfortable, informed, and supported. We are incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for Brazos and Izzy. Dr. Isbell and this wonderful team are truly the best of the best. If you’re looking for exceptional veterinary care delivered with genuine compassion, you simply won’t find better. We wouldn’t trust our babies with anyone else. Thank you all for everything you do!

  I rescued a kitten and was looking up a vet because we’ve not had one in a long time. I signed up for one of their plans. There were no surprises they made sure I was OK with anything that would’ve been extra beyond the plan. It was a great experience.

  This is the absolute worst place to take any animal. She literally handed me my 10 yr old cat after being attacked and told me he would be ok. He died in my arms the next day. This is an awful person only looking for money. I know this for a fact because I told her that I did not care how much it costed, I would pay anything to save my cat. But because it was a weekend, she told me he was ok and didnt need anything else. It turned out that if I had put him on an IV for 5 days, he would have had a chance. Unfortunately for us, she clos3d on the weekend. She didnt say anything to me about that. She just wanted me to pick up my pet before the weekend. He was not my pet, he was my baby. I do not understand why she isn't fired. I do not understand why this is allowed. If you cant help my animal, why didnt you refer me to someone that could. I hate her and I NEED people to know that she is a horrible person who's looks at her profession as an income rather than someone that actually cares.

  Do not spend money here. I just check my cats shot records. Last shot records were over 1.5 year olds. They lied and did not give my cat his shots at his last appointment. They just take money. Stay away!
