Do not spend money here. I just check my cats shot records. Last shot records were over 1.5 year olds. They lied and did not give my cat his shots at his last appointment. They just take money. Stay away!

Our rescue dog was due for his annual checkup and vaccinations, so we scheduled an appointment at Banfield Pet Hospital. The veterinarian performed a thorough exam, answered our questions about his diet and weight, and gave us a few practical tips for keeping him healthy as he gets older. The visit stayed on schedule, and our dog was treated gently from the moment we walked in.

Let me say, I've been with Banfield for years and continue to be disappointed 😞.
I understand that all vet clinics face unpredictable emergencies, but the complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service I experienced today at this Banfield location was unacceptable.
My dog suffers from severe cognitive and anxiety disorders, which is why I specifically schedule in-office appointments rather than drop-offs. Because I arrived 9 minutes late, my slot overlapped with an incoming emergency and the next scheduled appointment (20 minutes later mind you).
Instead of working with me to find a low-stress alternative for MY pet rather than a "drop off" such as letting us wait in the car, Dr. Fritz's Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) was incredibly dismissive, said ok, walked out, and checked me out.
When I approached the front desk receptionist to find a solution, the vet was understandably unavailable due to a surgery. However, when I politely expressed my frustration to the receptionist regarding the LVT's rude and dismissive attitude, the LVT began fussing and complaining within clear earshot of the room my husband, pet, & I were still in.
As a paying customer and a dedicated pet owner, I expect a basic level of respect and a team that coordinates with me to protect my dog's mental well-being. Forcing a severely anxious dog into a traumatic drop-off kennel or leaving a client stranded with zero communication is not care. I refused the tech-only exam, chose to leave, and will be taking my business to a clinic that understands patient compassion and professionalism.
And of course canceling my wellness plan.

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
