- MMMike1 day ago5.0I love the team and have been taking my Corgi Sammy there for years. Jessie, Keith, Sabrina and Stacie and the rest of the tram are always awesome and receptive to what we are going in for. The grooming area always smells clean and they are always offering the latest promotions available which is greatly appreciated! 10/10 and continued amazing service. We love our Laredo Petco!
- MCMandii Castillo3 days ago1.0Really disappointed in how this salon has gone downhill. I got my dog groomed here several times and it was great. He came back clean, not shedding, nails trimmed super neatly and close. The last couple of grooms and services have been supremely disappointing. Got the deshed package twice, both times he needed a groom within a month. Got him groomed elsewhere literally 2 weeks after he had already been groomed and that groom lasted him 2 months! And deshedding wasn't extra the way it is here. Took him to get his nails clipped because they'd done a good job with his nails. Literally it looked like they just cleaned his nails and took just the tiniest top shaving off. All six times I've taken him it never looks like they brush his teeth even though I also paid for that. Maybe it's my mistake for overlooking different pieces but I would NEVER recommend Petco salons at this point.
