The one guy always running the register never knows how to ring anything up and after 20mins I left without anything, the crickets being prebagged and packaged with dead ones is gross, and honestly wrong. And the lady stocking the shelves just walked away mid conversation no help at all. This will be my last time ever coming, better service and better supplies at PatSmart
- ASAngela SneedSep 5, 20262.0I went to Petco to by Dubia Roaches for my bearded dragon. All of the containers had dead roaches, with some looking like there were only a couple alive. I managed to find one that only had a few dead. This was disappointing. Those feeders are expensive. I don't want to have to pay for dead insects.

So I know how it can go. But this lady was beyond rude, disrespectful and condescending. I’m surprised that the store is still open allowing it to be ran by people with this type of attitude. It was a purchase not even a return. If you don’t want to do your job and treat customers right then you should not be working with the public. I don’t do these reviews often. But the experience was horrible. All she had to do was adjust the price because the item wasn’t ringing up right. The cashier called her for it, not even me. The cashier was amazing and so polite.
