  I've had better customer service at Wells Fargo. The employees at the register were not working, never asked if we needed help or asked if we found everything we were looking for. They really didn't want to check us out. I said, "Wow, you guys are some of the nicest people I've run into in this town."She I assume just smirked and said it's going to be hot today. Not that it matters this was 5/23 in the am. I really wish Google had zero Star rating.

Avoid this place unless you want to be greeted by two of the most grumpiest women in the world!!!! We walked in and there was Christine(saw her name at our receipt) and another girl who never acknowledged us, right when they opened! They looked at us as if we had walked in at closing time and were bothering them. While at the register, the other person right in front of us wouldn't even look at us. We weren't sure at this point if they were open or even allowed to help customers! My husband commented that this was the friendliest store we'd ever been to by far, and she mumbled as if our sarcasm wasn't valid because she sounded like she was in a bad mood, and now it became our fault. Then after we left the store, they were laughing at us. Pretty childish for old women I think.

  Please check who the store manager is. Sarah, who says she is the manager, is quite rude. Her constant eye rolling at customers is laughable. And the fact that she will yell at customers is even worse. Watch her yell at a customer last night because the customer was apparently on the phone with corporate and Sarah was yelling at the customer to "tell maddyson" something. Customer tried to explain explain was on a recorded call with customer service but Sarah just didnt want to understand. Really hope that phone call was recorded. The store needs to evaluate who they have running the place.
