- TSTraci StowersMay 13, 20261.0Please check who the store manager is. Sarah, who says she is the manager, is quite rude. Her constant eye rolling at customers is laughable. And the fact that she will yell at customers is even worse. Watch her yell at a customer last night because the customer was apparently on the phone with corporate and Sarah was yelling at the customer to "tell maddyson" something. Customer tried to explain explain was on a recorded call with customer service but Sarah just didnt want to understand. Really hope that phone call was recorded. The store needs to evaluate who they have running the place.

I was suspicious of this when a previous fish died so I brought back their own water and had them test it and sure enough they failed it for the ph being to high. They ripped off my 12 year old daughter so they didn't have to replace a Molly fish.
