If you love your pet do not use this vet take them anywhere but here. 2 separate visits they claimed my cat had a respiratory infection another visit they said my cat was fine and healthy and just needed a rabies vaccine. They failed to diagnose the uti/ urinary blockage my cat had after convincing me to do all these other test so they get extra money. I had to take my cat to a real animal hospital where they tried to save him but unfortunately it was to late.my cat would be alive today if the veterinarians at vetco actually knew what they were doing... emailed all the information 10 days ago as you requested here and haven't received anything
I brought my cat in for liver failure and ultimately had to have him put down. The entire staff was so kind, patient, and gentle with my boy and they all have a blatant love for animals. I couldn’t ask for a better group to take us through this difficult process.
Shelby, Angel, and Dr. Cruz, I cannot thank y’all enough for taking such good care of Hank during his last week. Not all hero’s wear capes.

I had a mixed experience at Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital. The doctor who saw my dog was absolutely amazing, she was compassionate, attentive, and even sat on the floor to comfort my sick pup. That kind of care really stood out and meant a lot.
Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. The receptionist came across as rude and seemed visibly bothered when my dog approached her. It felt like she didn’t even like dogs, which was unsettling in a place that’s supposed to care for them. What also felt off was that she started listing the exams my dog needed before we even saw the vet. That didn’t sit right with me and made the visit feel more transactional than caring.
Because of that, we decided to take our dog to another clinic. It’s a shame, because the doctor was truly wonderful, but the front desk experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I came here for a wellness check and vaccinations for my kitten, the guy at the front was nice and he spent most of the time with me however my issue is the lack of time with the actual Vet. He came in and gave me bad advice and then left. He told me to ‘free feed’ my kitten. Which most people would know is not something you should do for an indoor cat, especially a kitten. He was also not very friendly he seemed very rushed like he was just wanting to get the appointment over with. In addition to that the entire exam was done with her in a separate room which is unlike any vet I’ve been to in past. The appointment took well over an hour because I had to wait a good 30+ minutes before anything was done. A service like this should be significantly cheaper. I wouldn’t suggest bringing any of your pets here.
