  I wish these reviews had zero stars. I had an appointment for my dog today. She's been groomed there at least three times before with no issues. As a matter of fact, they say she's very sweet. And today, with a new person screening, she asked me if Delilah had any health concerns. Like a dummy, I casually mention that i'm concerned that in the future she might have some collapsing trachea because occasionally she has a cough after she's outside. And they took that and ran. And refused to groom my dog. They also allowed me to leave without speaking to the supervisor before I left and then called me. I also am a several times a week customer too. So I've seen the manager many times. I called the vets office in front of them and the Vet Tech told me on speaker phone in front of them that Delilah didn't have a diagnosis of collapsing trachea and that it was only mentioned by me in writing in the vets notes. The Vet Tech confirmed that she has no conditions. I'm a very experienced dog owner so I brought it up to the vet as a possible concern to look into in the future, as she ages. It's so trivial at this point. This dog is perfectly healthy. Has no diagnoses. They tried to say it was petco's policy, but there's nothing in the policy saying that if there's a possibility or a future concern of it that they won't groom the dog. They handled it all wrong. If your dog has the slightest of anything, do not mention it. You would think they could use some reasonable logic. That failed here today. Then to top it off, they tried to act like I was a bad pet owner and told me it was for the safety of my dog. And I shouldn't have her groomed anyway. So I didn't take that too kindly, either. And i'm an excellent pet owner, and BECAUSE I care for my dog, I'm getting her groomed. *** poor customer service and they have grossly distorted petco's grooming policy. If there was a PetSmart closer I'd go there.

  The grooming was very nicely done, however having to wait for 5.5 hours after arriving on time for our reservation was not good.

  My fave location and groomer. Always kind and sweet to my boys. Appointments are easy and almost always able to accommodate us when needed. Unlike other locations, they aren't yanking or choking them when going into grooming room. My boys are treated as if they were their own. Have been going for over 5 years, hope Miss B. never leaves!

  Did a fantastic job! My pug was treated very well and came out smelling great and super soft!
