  I went for worms for my bird. They had so much merchandise to look at. They also had cats resdy for adoption.

  They took down my review I made earlier so I’ll post it again. The grooming services here hurt my dogs testicles, and then did not make me aware of the open wound on his genitals before I tipped 20$ and left. It was only after coming home when I could really notice him in pain and saw that he had a wound on his testicle And irritation on both of them. I paid 140 dollars for this service before tip, the least you can do is make me aware of the open wound so I know to keep an eye out and watch closely for signs of infection since it’s such a sensitive area. If you hurt an animal while grooming them, especially in the genitals, you should tell the owner, full stop. I had to completely cancel two out of the four days I had for my vacation so that I could take him to MY vet For it because I don’t trust their vets after this experience. They offered to pay for the vet visit “if” the damage was from grooming like that fixes any of the damage done or gives me back the time I lost with this. His first trip to the beach is absolutely ruined because he’s not going to be allowed anywhere near the water, I had been looking forward to this trip for so long. I’m very disappointed my entire vacation now has to revolve around the damage their groomer did to his balls. I would not recommend their services to anybody and I’m also disappointed that they would take down my review, feels like it was done in bad faith. I would add the photo back but I think showing the photos of the cut THEY MADE to his BALLS is what they used to have my review removed. I was a repeat customer but I will never be going back here for any services ever again and my trust with this place is beyond broken. You’re much better off getting your dog groomed somewhere else.

  I frequent the kingwood petco and the staff is always kind, but Kyle is a great worker, his customer service is top tier, he’s knowledgeable, very nice, and super helpful

  Grooming department was good for last seven years. Lots of turnover but that’s to be expected. Favorite groomer left recently. Experience today was beyond horrible. I won’t bore you with horrific customer service by grooming staff today, although I’m in there almost every two weeks. Save yourself the dignity and frustration. Managers need to give the grooming department serious lessons in customer service. Won’t be back No customer should EVER receive the deplorable treatment I received from groomers today. If an employee cannot handle a concern, they need to know to call a manager.

  Brittney and savannah are the best! They are so loving with my poodles and my babies are allways super happy to see them
