  Great Veterinarian, we recently moved here from another vet. It is nice to just talk about the health of your pet instead of getting a sales pitch and unnecessary treatments.

  Amazing competent vet team! Past experiences at other vet’s offices (my dog can open doors and kennels, he has successfully walked himself out of vet’s offices before) have made me nervous when taking my dog to the vet, but this team put me very at ease. I went in last minute due to an emergency health issues, and explained my dog’s reactivity. The team was understanding, and even allowed us to go through the back to keep his stress level down by minimizing contact with other pets. Dr Dori Hertel was very understanding when listening to the health issues my dog was having, while the techs Bianca and Kennedy were very compassionate. I left feeling happy, and like my dog was finally at a vet’s office that I can trust. I’ve been recommending this vet office for everybody I can.

  Horrible experience & won't be going back! Our dachshund woke up one morning not being able to use his back legs. We've had a dachshund before him go through this exact thing, so we knew it was a slipped disk. Dr. Dori saw him & her bedside manner is horrible! She did some 'pain test' on his paws & he wasn't reacting. My husband & I could see in his eyes that he was in pain & we told her he's different...he shows fear or pain through his eyes. At the end of the appt, she said it's the worst case of IVDD that she's seen in 5 years & he could probably never walk again. 10 days later we go back for a follow up & she's shocked that he's using his back legs & walking. An assistant came to the room to get him & he tried biting her twice...which is not like him!! He's never done that to anyone! This proved what we tried telling her about him feeling the pain the first visit, but she didn't want to listen. He remembered the first experience! After the second appt, they forgot to charge us...for doing absolutely nothing...so they called asking for payment. I told them in email I'd be in to get the pet chiro authorization form that Dr. Dori said she'd sign & pay at that time & asked them to have it ready. Went in this week to get it & waited 30 minutes for it because they couldn't find it. Horrible customer service, horrible bedside manner, & a dirty place overall! Oh & btw...our dachshund is now walking, running, & acting like nothing ever happened!!
