  I just moved to Kingwood from another state and had gotten on Nextdoor to ask people about the seriousness of heartworm here. Someone on there by the name Chase had commented to give me some insight and also informed me they work at Loop 494. I had asked a bunch of questions so they messaged me directly which I appreciated them taking time out of their day to provide me as much info like pricing and what they offer there (like yearly injections). I was looking online and had a few vet clinics in mind but Chase made me confident in the level of care they offer so I chose to make an appointment for my 3 dogs to get tested for heartworm before putting them on prevention. I was also seeing another vet prior for one of my dog’s ear infection and pus for left eye and after going to the other place 3 times, they told me they didn’t know what was causing the pus but kept trying to push me to do the same testing that came back negative the first time. So I wanted a second opinion elsewhere. I came here and saw Dr. Bobby and after giving him a rundown on everything, he agreed it was unnecessary to repeat the same test. He had me go home and take a picture of the eyedrops I was giving to my dog and he prescribed something different for the eye and it’s made a huge difference for my dog. Also, during my appointment, Dr. Bobby gave me samples to take home for the heartworm prevention since I still had to wait for the results to come back and he wanted them protected ASAP - my dogs like to sunbathe and it’s hard to get them inside. I got the results back the very next day and gave them to my dogs right away which I’m so grateful they were offered to me instead of prolonging it another couple of days since you do need a prescription in order to get them. Dr. Bobby didn’t care about charging me for them, just that my babies are protected and safe. Not only did I have a great experience with Dr. Bobby, but after everything was said and done, the staff helped me bring all 3 dogs out to my car since my hands were full with the samples and paperwork. I have small, medium, and large dog and it was my first time taking all 3 to the vet without my husband to help so I really appreciated the extra hands getting them to my car. Overall, I’m extremely happy and will continue to come here for all 3 dogs and I’ll also be bringing in my cats in the future when it’s time for their checkups.

  Pretty unprofessional veterinary clinic, staff swiping dog hair off of the couch into the air and all over the place with customers in close proximity. People at front desk seem to be nonverbal. Dr.dori didn’t give any diagnosis for my guinea pig, basically just a “give her this and move along”. A week later. Now I have a dying guinea pig that I have to try to nurture back to health all on my own…
