People at front desk seem to be nonverbal. Dr.dori didn’t give any diagnosis for my guinea pig, basically just a “give her this and move along”. A week later. Now I have a dying guinea pig that I have to try to nurture back to health all on my own…

- SKScott KetnerApr 19, 20261.0This Vet clinic needs to get in control of their schedule. Most of the time it is over an hour after the scheduled time to actually get to see someone. Then, once you get in a room you have to wait a long time in there. The doctors seem in a hurry when they finally come in, not giving the necessary attention. I get it, your prices are lower than most, so we as customers get to run in the machine of overworked doctors and assistants rushing to make the required money. I'll go to a place that charges more and gives their clients the respect that's fair.

I have used them for 18 years and I drive 40 minutes from The Woodlands now to get specialty care for my dogs because the staff is wonderful and they don't nickel/dime me like so many vets do nowadays. Their veterinarians truly care about animals, and the Kingwood community is lucky to have them.
