They offered multiple solutions for my problems and took their time to make sure we were cared for. They were great and patient with my super anxious pup. Along with that, the pricing was affordable compared to many other vets in the area.
- JCjadeyn cassesJun 26, 20261.0I went in to purchase a replacement pan for my dogs kennel. I was not sure on if I have the medium or large sized kennel. The 1st man I spoke with was going to help me out by doing a “return” and if it popped up with my phone number then I would know that was the size I purchased. The older man standing next to him overheard and told me I could find the size on my app (i do not have the app and only have a phone number at the counter) so this was not available for me. The young man I first spoke with was helping another customer get some live mice and said he would be back to help. The older man then told me I just needed to buy both sizes and I told him this was not an option for me and then he proceeded to ignore me and play on his phone. I waited calmly to the side for 35 minutes for the nice man to come back. No one has spoken to me to help me for 35 minutes so I walked out due to the lack of customer service.
