I highly recommend Creekside Pet Care Center for any animal emergency. They took such good care of my senior English Bulldog who suddenly could not stand up or put weight on her back legs.
When I got to Creekside, after midnight, I explained the situation to the receptionist who was caring, concerned and helpful. He acted like he had all the time in the world to listen to me and try to help. Suddenly two other kind, confident human beings appeared and they all followed me to the car. They knew exactly what they were doing and were so kind in talking to my dog first, then guiding me to put a towel under her.
Then these sweet, patient people slowly lifted my dog out of the car with the towel and helped her "walk" into the clinic while they carried her weight with the towel! That was some next level expert dog management right there! I was blown away by their skill in knowing exactly how to handle the situation. And my bulldog could tell they were trying to help her, which was amazing.
It was VERY SLOW GOING to get from the car to the exam room but they did not seem the least bit bothered that it took so long to get this old dog, who was in a lot pain, into the exam room.
Dr. Adriana Marchand, was the Doc on duty at Creekside and was immediately helpful with my stressed out, very sick dog AND me. The exam room already had a blanket and pad set up on the floor, a bowl of water and treats nearby. She and her assistants were knowledgeable, highly skilled, well trained and CARING. No one there grabbed my dog or told me to get out of their way. Dr. Marchand sat on the floor with me and my dog. I was with Stella throughout the whole exam and treatment and the assistants were petting my dog, comforting her, and offering her treats the whole time. We were well cared for at a stressful and vulnerable time when we needed help in the middle of the night from strangers.
Dr. Marchand is truly the definition of a dog whisperer! She got Stella to let her do everything she needed to do. We were there for about 4 hours.
That doctor knows her stuff and I watched her be very thoughtful and intentional with Stella's diagnosis and treatment plan. She stopped to give me an estimate once she had a plan and made sure I knew the cost of each item in the plan before proceeding. There was one $238.00 recommendation that I declined and the doc did not make me feel bad for declining it.
I expected after hours ER Vet care to cost me a fortune, but I honestly thought it was a bargain for all the work they did and the time spent.
After 4 hours of care plus the medication and other items needed my bill was $585.00. That was VERY reasonable to me.
AND after all that, 2 very sweet assistants got out the towel and helped Stella "walk" back to the car and used it to lift her into the car for me. I was SO THANKFUL that I found a place like this in the middle of the night.
I have taken all my dogs to Creekside for both routine and emergency care. The employees are great and really care about the animals they see. Unfortunately, my sweet dog Chilli ended up passing on after a freak accident nobody could have predicted. However, I know her team did the absolute best they could. Thank you to Dr. Glenn, Dr. Marchand, and everyone else who did the best they could to save her. I will continue to bring my other dog here for her visits.

First, I was surprised to get taken back so quickly being a walk in. Our tech was wonderful and gentle with him. Dr Cristina Bettencourt was amazing! She took great care and asked all the right questions so we could figure out what was going on. Blood tests showed definite infection so we are trying a baseline of covering obvious things. It’s been 4 days and I can tell he’s feeling better. I’m very grateful for the care he received and the compassion from everyone.

This place was incredible. They helped us out when my dog was skunked in the eyes in the middle of the night. They were ready to help us when we drive up, and didn't make us wait for a full appointment and try to charge us for unnecessary services. WE walked out with just the prescription we needed within about 20 minutes. We were prepared for a super expensive, long visit and it was really a breeze. I would highly recommend them!!

I had to make the very difficult decision that it was time to put my dog down. Scout was around 9.5 years old and a rescue dog. I was heartbroken, but the care, professionalism and compassion shown by Will and Sterling were qualities that I will always remember. They were gentle and kind in the way they gently cared for Scout. Will was thoughtful from the beginning, and made some very nice pawprints that I love. Sterling took the time to share information that gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. They treated Scout, my daughter, granddaughters and I with respect and allowed us to stay with Scout as long as we needed before the euthanasia was done (and we were allowed to stay with Scout for the entire procedure). Creekside has some wonderful employees and a nice, clean facility. 🩷
