  We have boarded our dog multiple times and each time the service has been disappointing. The manager does not return phone calls even with several messages left for her. I picked up our dog from the Barkstone and found two bags of food still in her bag. She is a Goldendoodle rescue and thinks every meal is her last. If food is provided she will eat it. She was not fed at least one meal and possibly two.. that is neglect! I had to call previously to request a water bowl in the suite since they forgot. One visit she didn’t receive her bed and supplies in her area for several hours due to lack of staff. Each time there is an excuse of why there is a failure.Not giving a dog water and food is basic. We thought our dog would be well taken care of which she has not. We will try a new facility in the future.

  Excellent care as Bella needed nails trimmed. Highly reactive. Ended up staying all day for needed oral sedation & trim. Only complaint is that when appmt was made I was not told fasting was required for sedation injection. This led to needing the entire day to avhieve trim. The staff was so helpful as they cared for Bella and communucation throughout the day was on point. 🙌🏽 They also provided instruction for future trims, prescriptions & dosing.

  We have, unfortunately, had to put 3 loved babies down at this center. They are incredible! I cannot stress that enough. The entire staff has been so compassionate and empathetic every single time we have had to experience loss. I am so grateful that the staff seem to clearly love what they do. They genuinely love animals. As a bonus, the customers in the waiting room were so sweet to my husband and myself. They could all clearly see what we were there for (euthanasia of our 13 year old pittie), and not a single person in the waiting room DIDN'T tell us they were so sorry for what we were going through. One lady stood up, as she was waiting with her pup, and gave me the sweetest and best hug! She had the nicest words to say. It really made the experience so much lighter. I am so grateful to that lady. She has no idea how much she helped me cope. I do not know her, but I hope she is so blessed. All in all, this facility is absolutely incredible with very amazing staff.

  I had a horrible experience at this vet clinic. I waited over 3 and a half hours for my dog to be seen. After finally getting into a room, the doctor briefly examined my dog and stated she would return with medication, an injection, and fluids. Another 30 minutes went by with no update. I finally went to the front desk to ask what was taking so long, and instead of receiving a respectful explanation, one of the staff members responded very rudely. She stated that the doctor had gone to see another patient. I questioned why my dog’s treatment was not completed before moving on to someone else, and her response was, “Well, if you want to leave, I can discharge him right now.” The lack of communication, professionalism, and compassion was extremely disappointing. Waiting that long with a sick pet is already stressful enough, but being treated rudely on top of it made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

  Took our cat on Monday evening it had had a splinter in its paw and we have removed it but we were concerned because it was still limping. We had the regular vet look at our cat and we were concerned and so we thought let's have someone look at it locally. However Dr levasseur did not even examine the cat. She took out her phone and examined it with the light from the phone. We had to hold our cat's paw she didn't even touched our cat. All the information provided to us was provided by everything we gave them.. she said that we needed to put our pet under anesthesia in order for them to examine the cat. They also said that she might go under cardiac arrest and they wanted us to sign a form. We wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible paid for the fee and reported them to the veterinary association this people should be shut down.
