  Usually the fish section is worth a look, guess they don’t want to help anymore tonight or leave early. All the lights are shut down before I got here at 8:02pm, should have 58 mins to shop still. Couldn’t even see the fish for a future sale. 7/24/26.

  I had a scheduled appointment, but from the moment I walked through the door, I felt I was treated unfairly and with disrespect. Jessica refused to provide the scheduled grooming service, despite my appointment, leaving me confused and extremely disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I felt discriminated against and would not recommend this groomer. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

  The grooming service has been the worst ever. They charged me $89 dollars to do nothing on my fluffy baby. A 1 year old pup. The excuse was that she was bitting too much, when I know my baby is very helpful. You would think that they are professionals, trained to deal with the situation. I waited four hours to receive my baby in the same condition. Other groomers had never had an issue with her until then. I definitely won’t come back. In addition the groomer had the audacity to say she had to bath her twice because she was pooping too much. Hello she’s a baby. When I got my baby back she was super stressed and thirsty. Please don’t even book at this place.
