We took our dog Eco for the first time just for a regular visit on a first time free visit coupon and it was wonderful. We visited the S Fry location. Everyone was very kind and our pup fell in love with them, he even stole a kiss or better said, kissed the vet Dr. Cahal by surprise when she was checking him out. Lanette, the VA, was amazing as well. Our border collie is not that happy around males so he was more than comfortable with the all female staff that assisted us haha. We will be taking all our pets there in the future and permanently! :)

My experience here has always been phenomenal. Lauren is great. Emily is fantastic. Olivia's always kind and the doctors were just fabulous. Dr. Cahill great spirit and fabulous Dr We truly care cares about her pets and Dr. Gnanadhas was great I've interacted with Emily and Lauren more often and they've always gone above and beyond to take care of our dog "Kobe"! The team they are all very, very nice. I would recommend this Veterinarian any day. You will have a great experience.

I was told I could cancel my pet wellness plan at anytime which was clearly a lie. Customer Service with Banfield is a joke and they just refer you to the local STORE who refers you to Customer Service. Very shady business practices in a level of care that I could probably give to my animal myself. I will never do business with Banfield again, and we specifically never do business at this location and Will be telling everybody I know just that. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Amazing service, everybody is very friendly and willing to laugh I love when people are so open with you and accommodating as well! They giggled at all my jokes and were extremely understanding having so many doggies hehe
