My experience with this veterinary hospital was extremely disappointing. When I picked up my pet, he appeared terrified, distressed, and unlike himself. He had lost his voice and seemed dehydrated, which raised serious concerns about the level of care he received during his stay. I was very upset by his condition and felt that his emotional and physical well-being had not been properly attended to. As a pet owner, trusting someone with your animal is incredibly important, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling that my pet was not given the care, comfort, and attention he deserved. I would not recommend this facility based on my experience.
I am forced to give one star otherwise they don’t deserve this also.

disappointed in the monthly membership sold to me. It is not monthly and you may not cancel without a penalty. I asked specific questions and was mislead. Deceitful practice. Also, they provided one prescription for my pets under one name where my pets should have received their own individual medication. Should not have to share a medication and syringe. There was blood all over the lobby floor which I reported to the front desk. It was partially cleaned up however seemed front desk associate was annoyed I brought it to her attention.

Super friendly staff, and all the animals love them. They go the extra mile to make sure we know what's up with our pup, and they don't pressure you into buying supplies from them if it's cheaper online. They just want what's best for the pet.
