My name is Dr. Genine Ervin-Smith and I own PetVet365 Irving in Irving, TX along with Dr. Alexis Tentler. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

The clinic is clean & has a very relaxed feel to the patient rooms. We had a few reasonably priced things done for my 99lbs German Shepherd mix & he seemed to actually enjoy the exams & the whole experience overall. We will be returning very soon for a couple more things very soon! This photo was taken as he received an injection & the tech was so impressed that he didn’t even flinch or stop licking is Pupcups!

- EEErinApr 8, 20265.0I couldn’t get my dog in soon enough with our usual vet and everything is more expensive at the VCA, so I called here and they got us in same day within 2 hours. We had an amazing experience and it quickly became clear this is our new vet. My dog is reactive and anxious, and vet visits are usually stressful for everyone involved. They were so good with her here and went to great lengths to make her feel comfortable and safe and let her take things at her own pace. I heard a former vet speak negatively about my dog, and it really hurt. Here they were so kind and complimentary, and even said they loved her, which meant a lot to me. She’s already feeling so much better. I’m kind of stunned how much better of an experience is possible here. It’s obvious they carefully consider every step of the experience they provide. I’m so thankful we found this place! Cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for reactive and anxious pets! It is just so nice to find a place where my dog is accepted and not judged. I could literally cry lol. Thank you guys so much!
