  I absolutely LOVE PetVet365! After moving to Texas from Georgia, I really struggled to find a primary veterinarian that I felt comfortable trusting with my babies. Deciding to give PetVet365 a try was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I have absolutely no regrets. I’m currently working on transferring all 7 of my babies over to them! From the moment we walk in, everyone treats my pets like family. Every one of my babies feels so comfortable here, and it’s obvious that the doctors and technicians truly love what they do. They always make us feel heard, never rushed, and somehow always manage to get us in quickly when we need them. When one of my cats was diagnosed with cancer, they went above and beyond by consulting with specialists and following up with me to make sure we had every bit of information possible. That level of compassion and dedication meant the world to me during such a difficult time. We especially adore Dr. Genine, Dr. Tentler, and all of their wonderful technicians. Their kindness, knowledge, and genuine care are unmatched.   Best experience ever for my Golden Doodle, Matilda! From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a service appointment and more like visiting friends. The team was warm, funny, welcoming, and immediately made both of us feel comfortable. The level of care and attention felt truly five-star—like Four Seasons hospitality for dogs. Matilda was relaxed, happy, and completely at ease, which says everything. They were able to get us in the same day, the service was quick and efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about your pet while providing an exceptional experience, this is it. This is definitely our new pet doc for Matilda. ❤️

  I can't say enough good things about PetVet365 in Irving! From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and friendly, making both you and your pet feel right at home. The veterinarians are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything and ensure that my dog feels comfortable and supported during every visit. It's always a good know that my Bongo is in such good hands. Highly recommend PetVet365 for anyone looking for a friendly, compassionate and professional veterinary hospital!

  I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! This was the very first time my cat wasn’t completely overwhelmed and stressed out during a vet visit. The "fear-free" exam rooms are a total game changer, my cat was actually able to explore the space and settle down comfortably. Doctor Tentler and Pooja were incredible and took so much time to explain everything to me step-by-step, providing clear, distinct options for our treatment path rather than just rushing through a generic plan. On top of that, the office was spotless, they had plenty of treats on hand to distract and reward my cat, and every single staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and empathetic. If you have a sensitive or anxious pet, this is the place to go!
