- SGSaba Ghasemi6 days ago1.0We brought our two cats in for a 3:30 appointment, and ended up waiting almost two hours without any treatment. Nobody even called to warn us or reschedule. We left without our cats being seen. What’s even more frustrating is that every time we’ve brought them in, our concerns were brushed off as ‘nothing,’ until the problem got worse. This time, one cat has ear issues that we know aren’t normal. We live with them every day, and it feels like our concerns aren’t taken seriously until it’s too late. We really hope this clinic can respect clients’ time and take symptoms seriously.

We brought K. and M. for vaccinations and to have their ears checked because both have been scratching them. K. had an appointment at 3:30 p.m. and M. at 4:00 p.m., and we understood they would be seen together. As of 5:00 p.m., we are still sitting in an exam room, and the veterinarian has not seen either pet—90 minutes after the first appointment and an hour after the second. What concerns me even more is how our concerns about their ears were handled. When we explained the scratching to the staff member who came into the room, she said she was not worried, without even examining their ears. That response felt dismissive. We brought them here precisely because we wanted a veterinarian to evaluate what was bothering them. I understand that unexpected delays can happen in veterinary care, but repeated waits of this length make it difficult to rely on scheduled appointments. Our time matters, and so does taking our pets’ symptoms seriously. I am writing this while we are still waiting. I will update this review after the veterinarian sees them, but so far, this has been a very disappointing experience.

The tech and vet were argumentative, condescending and rude after I questioned why, after bringing our 2 dogs here for years and paying for their overpriced wellness plans, they suddenly couldn’t perform the wellness visit because my pet was overly aggressive. This was the 3rd time in a week I had come in for an appointment and the third time they had me wait an hour to tell me they were unable to complete the exam. This place is not the same as it used to be, and now my dog has to be “completely knock him out” in order to be seen.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
