- YTYahaira ThomasSep 13, 20265.0The veterinary staff at PetSmart by the northeast Mall are exceptional. They really care for your pet as if it were their own. They show genuine regards for my concerns. They were very detailed about procedures and treatment plans and when we picked up Bentley, his little take-home bag had a car drawn on it with his name that was the cutest thing ever is the little details and who did that thank you.
- ABAbdurrahman BarneySep 10, 20261.0This location and staff are horrible we came in with our 3 month old kitten for a normal checkup and after about 2 hours we were told our kitten was bleeding from his behind and it wasn't stopping this had been going on for about an hour before I was even informed of it. We then rushed him to a pet hospital where he had to stay overnight due the severity of the issue. When we tried tor each out to Banfield we talked to someone named Margarette and she told us we needed to talk to someone named Lindsey and that she was out of office and would reach out to us to make a formal complaint since that is what is needed to cancel our insurance because we didn't trust them with our pet anymore. It's been almost 3 months and we still haven't received the call we are still being charged the monthly payment and when we try to reach out they have stopped answering our calls. If I could give zero stars I will and I will be reaching out to the bbb and making a complaint to them.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
