  UPDATE: Multiple emails, photos, screenshots, and documents have been sent. If this is another waste of my time, this review is going down to 1 star... VetCo is ONLY getting 2 stars because they have previously done a good job giving my dogs their vaccinations; however, they mixed up one of my dogs prescriptions (she weighs 53lbs, they gave her Simparica Trio 88-132lbs) on both of my dogs' last visit on May 3, 2026. When I called VetCo, they had me send emails with photos of both the receipt and the unopened box of the incorrectly sized medication, first to one email address (which didn't go through) and then to another email address, which only had a "." difference from the first one they gave me, (I work in the IT sector and am just a lil' familiar with how technology works...) and I heard nothing back for a few days so I called again and they told me they were going to refund me for the unopened 6 month supply of the wrong dose of Simparica Trio and I asked how to get the unopened box of medication back to them. They said to throw it away. Then, the same day, I get a call from Julie from VetCo and she tells me not to throw it away, that I can bring it to the next vet clinic on 05/17/2026 and they will give me the correct medication and correct the prescriptions for both dogs (each seen less than a month ago) so that I will have 1 refill per each dog's medication instead of 0 refills. So, I drive up to the Huntsville TX Petco an 5/17 at 3:05pm and take the unopened box to trade it for the correct sized medication, after the bald male vet tech was combative with me (so much so that my husband had to tell him to stop talking to me like that), they finally gave me the correct medication (and did not refund the difference I had paid for the larger medication), I told them I needed the prescriptions corrected for both dogs so that I would have a supply for the full year. After giving me the run around and asking repeatedly if I had checked my email, they told me I would have to bring both dogs back in to get another prescription! My dogs were BOTH seen less than a month ago! After all of that aggravation, not to mention wasted time, money and effort, all I could say is "Forget it" and walk out. I may continue to use VetCo for shot clinics, but nothing further. We're going to start using Dutch for my dogs' prescriptions so we don't have to deal with the VetCo prescription/email foolishness again.

  Took my dog in for vaccines and bath with hair trim. Staff is great and friendly.

  Everyone was very nice and efficient. Quick and easy to get my pets vaccinations. Also a better price than the private veterinarian.
