  I came here on Sunday, trying to buy nightcrawler worms, they were out and told me that they restock on Tuesday and Thursday. I said that was fine and I came back on Tuesday only for them to not be restocked and the guy telling me that that’s OK. We’ll restock on Thursday. I said that was fine. I come back today Thursday to once again finding no worms and the gentleman running the fish section telling me that they don’t sell them even though I’ve gotten them from this location a dozen times over.. I don’t know who’s running their restock management but they either need to be replaced or they need help

  There was a young man, very knowledgeable about anything cat related, who had us in and out of the store, with everything we needed (after we looked at all the animals/fish/birds) in no time.

  JayJay was groomed after a bath and nails clipped. I had informed the groomer not to cut too short and I gave details. When I picked him up, he had been shaved more than any other session. He was shaved so much he was able to slip out of his harness. I asked for her not to be shaved too much, and she did the opposite. I don't know if I will take him back or go somewhere else. This is the 3rd time he was shaved too much. I don't think we will be back for grooming.

  Shane was a huge help in store. He was very knowledgeable on fish, Caring for fish, And was overall just very helpful. You could tell he was very passionate on making sure that the fish in the store were happy and healthy for when someone wanted to take them home. Deserves a raise five stars
